Clinical Studies

L Glutamine HCI- According to research at PubMed,gov "Glutamine is utilized at a high rate by cells of the immune system in culture and is required to support optimal lymphocyte proliferation and production of cytokines by lymphocytes and macrophages." In other words it helps your immune system protect you.

Echinacea-Before the advent of antibiotics in 1950, Echinacea was a highly valued medicinal herb. The health care industry changed, and antibiotics became more popular, so Echinacea lost much of its fame.

Dr. Axe writes: "The United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service reports that the immune system seems to be strongly influenced by the level of the echinacea dose. It appears that 10 milligrams of echinacea per one kilogram of body weight, taken daily over a 10-day period, is effective as an immunity stimulant....

In addition, the medical journal Hindawi has published material suggesting that echinacea stops viral colds. However, the most significant results of echinacea benefits were the effects when used on recurring infections. To date, research shows that the plant probably reduces cold symptoms, but it seems that the effects of echinacea are more powerful once cold symptoms start.

And another study, this one published in Virus Research, evaluated the effects of echinacea against viral and secondary bacterial infections that often follow. Plant extracts were able to fight viral respiratory infections, including the flu, while also reducing inflammation and reducing the risk of developing bacterial complications.

Elderberry: Studies show that Elderberry It has been shown to be effective against influenza A and B, resistant and non-resistant strains of staph infections, herpes simplex and many other diseases.

An Israeli double-blind study showed that elderberry caused flu-like symptoms to improve within 48 hours in patients. This was in comparison to patients who received a placebo which took 6 days to see improvement.

A similar Norwegian study found that elderberry helped patients recover up to four days faster than placebo.

Garlic: The U.S. National Library Of Medicine website says: "Garlic has been found to help prevent many diseases. Numerous modern studies confirm that garlic has definite antibiotic properties and is effective against a wide spectrum of bacteria, fungi and viruses... In addition, the antimicrobial activities of garlic are linked to the presence of some bioactive compounds... Moreover, many studies have demonstrated that garlic can be more effective as a broad-spectrum antibiotic compared with conventional antibiotics...

Don't wait any longer, grab yours and now and help give your immune system the support it needs, to keep yo healthy!
